This hotel is a farmhouse built in 1850, fully renovated and equipped to offer all the necessary services to its guests, both accommodation and catering.

The complex is located on a plot of 25.000m2 and a two-story building of 1.850m2.

On the ground floor is the reception, the office, the kitchen of about 60m2 fully equipped and an outdoor patio with barbecue (with 5 paelleras and 5 sinks). On the same floor there are 3 apartments.

On the first floor there are 9 rooms and 2 apartments.

The modalities of accommodation are:

-2 family rooms with bathroom, exit and sofa bed for 2 people
-1 two-room apartment, living room, kitchen and a bathroom
-3 apartments with three bedrooms, living room and bathroom
-1 apartment with three bedrooms, living room and two bathrooms

As for the restaurant, the main room has a capacity for 50 people, there are 3 more rooms (25m2, 30m2 and 35m2) for a total of 50 guests.

The winery and the ethnological museum are located inside the special rooms. There is also a multipurpose room of about 50m2. There is a rest area and clothing for employees.

The wooded parking is for 50 vehicles or more, soccer field and basketball court, green areas of pines, rattles and lime trees.
