This hostal bb has a prime location in a touristic coastal village and a few minutes walking to the beaches.
There is also a retail space besides a café and a bistro. In total 4 rented out spaces delivers 2500 euros monthly income.
There are 14 rooms in total but they need a complete renovation !
Thre are several entrances, a large income with reception, office and professional kitchen ( need also renovation),
Thre is no private section, but depends on how many you want to rent out.
